Tybalt sat on a crate, waiting for his newest members to appear. Killer was lounging in the shadows, fiddling with that wretched knife of his. Tybalt was playing with a deck of cards that lay on the makeshift table in front of him. He had planned to play a game of poker, but what Killer had overheard in Tibby's had alarmed him. So, little Rosie knew the name of their group and that he was involved. She also seemed to know where they worked. Brooklyn... Of course, someone would have to notice that Killer stalked around Brooklyn more then the other boroughs. They'd been stupid, careless, and now even the idiot Street was putting two and two together.
"Killer, stop being lazy and go get the bags." Tybalt ordered lazily.
"What bags?" Killer demanded, sitting up and glaring at the blonde man in front of him.
"The bags in the tunnel. I placed them there earlier."
"What's in 'em?"
"You'll see when the others get here. It's a surprise. But don't look!" Tybalt warned.
"Go get 'em yourself." Killer mumbled, but he disappeared down the dark tunnel anyway, Tybalt heard him swearing the whole way.

Dani strode down the tunnels at ease. She had heard of the King's Cartel, and was gonn join. Because if you were a girl, and you had good aim with a gun, you could do almost anything. She weaved her way through everything, including someone cursing their arse off. She stopped infront of some guy, probably the leader. "You Tybalt or somethin'?" she asked, crossing her arms, moving her weight onto one of her legs. "Cause if ya are, the name's Dani California. I'm a sniper from Dogtown, if you'll have me."
Word spread fast around the country if it involved crime, and Dani California had heard, so figured she could use a new crew, left the one she was currently in, and decided to try this one out. The tone of her voice at the moment was one of those, 'alright I'm here and I'm not gonna take your s**t if it bothers me.' All in all, she could be pretty menacing. Wearing a pair of boys shorts, an undershirt and her hair down straight, she looked like she belonged on the beach, but not now, now when she was going to get a job in part of a New York gang, that held possiblities for her.

Killer glared at the girl as she passed... Just what they needed, more whores running around. If he had his way, he'd skin them all alive. But Tybalt wanted anyone he could get and girls were able to get into places that he could not.
Tybalt looked up at her. "Yeah, I'm Tybalt, but for the sake of our privacy, call me the King. Because, as you can tell, I run this little organization..." He smirked up at her. "Now, you must forgive me, but where is Dogtown? I have never heard of it." That was true, he had come straight from Scotland to New York, no time to look around. "And a sniper, you say? Like one of those sharpshooters? That must mean you have skill with guns... Then this is perfect for you." He snapped his fingers and Killer dropped the bag he'd been sent to retrive on the table. Tybalt lifted it up and let the 'surprise' fall onto the table.
About two dozen pistols fell out, followed by even more knives and ammuntition. "See, we don't do child's play. What we're going to do, we're going to do right." He smiled wryly. "Pick one dear, Killer prefers his horrible Indian knife."
"I like to scalp 'em." Killer growled, smiling horribly.

"Dogtown's part of an area in California, only locals call it that cause of how many mutts we got," Dani replied, walking over to all the pistols, picking one up and seeing how this one worked, also taking a few bullets with her. She could use those. There was always something all the men in her family agreed to, never give a girl a weapon, because she'd kill you if you pissed her off. But, even though her family didn't piss her off at the moment, they would be grateful since she hadn't killed them then while she could of.
"Scalp? Why you torturious fiend, I like to just flat out kill, it's easier and cleaner," She put a few bullets in the pistol, and stuck it in the waist of her shorts, feeling the cold metal against her skin. It was a normal feeling for Dani, and she reached into her bag and grabbed a red button up shirt, "God it's cold in this state, sheesh I feel like I'm gonna turn into an ice sculpture." after buttoning her shirt up, she took a few extra packs of ammunition and stuck them in her pocket.
She was really gonna start needing some new clothes. The shorts she stole from her younger brother weren't gonna help her, so she figured she would have to get some pants. Pretty sure she had a pair, so shrugged past the two boys, "'scuse me for a moment, but your side of the country is way to cold for me," walking over to a rather abandoned part of the tunnels and changed into a pair of brown pants, and walked back towards the two boys, "So who else is joinin'?"

Tybalt watched her take the pistol and bullets. "Careful that thing doesn't go off prematurely. Killer, take a gun, will you. I swear if you point that at me one more time!" He said suddenly, turning on the larger man. Killer had been lining Tybalt up in his sights. "As for who else if joining-" He started, fixing his expensive jacket and silk hankerchief in his breast pocket.
"-No more goils for sure..." Killer said angriliy. Tybalt shot him a look then continued.
"As for who else is joining, I believe that thief Mischief and I'm trying to set up a reliable source right now." He eyes softened as he thought of Satine. If there was ever proof that lust was a deadly sinner, that girl was the poster child for it. "Anyway, this idiot here is my second, because he knows New York and its criminal ring inside and out. I have some small time thugs working for me, but I want pros." Tybalt nodded, starting to pace. He stroked his chin as he spoke. Those idiots that Killer hired thought harassing girls and only leaving them for dead was enough. No, he needed people that would kill. Without hesitation. Sure, Killer had no queries about that sort of thing, but he lost his temper and blurted things. Tybalt was still sore over the fact that Killer let Ophelia get away and instead killed the boy and then left a note, bragging about it.

"I'm always careful with a gun," she stated, "And never heard of her. Again, I'm from the west, I know no one on this side, so dont get mad if I accidently kill one of your... associates." Dani had no clue what this side of the great country did for their crime, but it was probably similar. If you were criminal, you were criminal. That was that. Taking the gun back out from behind her, she she looked it over, "Not to shabby, not to shabby," she quickly pointed the gun at a crack, seeing how well of aim she could get with it, "This things got like, what, eighteen caliber? I got a Winchester rifle back with my board from Dogtown."
Most girls loved their clothes, their hair or jewelry. Dani loved her Winchester rifle as if it was the only thing she cared about. Well, it was a good gun! That, and she hid it with her board, since people wouldn't get suspicious if some seventeen year old girl was walking around with some gun strapped to her back. Sticking the pistol back between her back and the waist of her pants, she went over to a crate, and looked at the cards on the table, wondering if she could practice her aim with them... but figured King wouldn't want her to ruin the cards.
Her thoughts strayed to whoever else was joining. Some girl named Mischief, a thief, and a source. Sources were good, but she never really cared for them. Dani was perfectly content with finding out who she was killing and just killing them, no questions asked. But, she probably wouldn't be getting paid. She took the gun and fiddled with it. She would pick up her Winchester soon, but for now this would do... for short range. For long range she was definitely using her Winchester.

Satine strutted down the tunnels, her dark, black heels clicking against the cement floor and echoing off the walls. Her walk was confident, unfaltering, and seductive. Even in the near complete darkness, her swaying hips made it clear she was an experienced professional. Last night, Tybalt, or “King” as he wanted to be called now, asked her if she’d be interested in doing some sneaking around for him and told her to meet him here if so. Sneaking around was always fun and if she could do it for someone like Tybalt…yeah, she was definitely in. A smile crept onto her full, pink lips as a light appeared up ahead and she heard voices. Turning the corner, Satine saw Tybalt and Killer, whom she’d only met once, talking with some bird she didn’t know. All of them were standing around a table loaded with weapons, while the girl bragged about some bad-ass shit Satine didn’t really care about. She was concentrating on Tybalt and the look in his eyes. Striding over to him, she whispered in his ear the names of the other people she knew were coming. Her right hand rested on his other cheek as she spoke and when she was done, Satine let it slide down to his chest before moving away.

Tybalt looked up at the sound of heels. Oddly, they had become familiar to him. When Satine, beautiful, wonderful Satine, rounded the corner, he smiled in a lazy, charming way. Killer groaned. What was with all the whores? But Tybalt had warned him against bad-mouthing Satine. She was his.
"Satine, how are you this fine day, pet?" He asked. He listened to her information and enjoyed the feeling of the hand on his cheek. "Very good. You're better then Killer, maybe the Snoop girl, but I have only heard of her, so I don't know." Tybalt let his fingers run through her silky hair. "You've made this cave seem brighter already." He cooed.
Killer coughed. "Sorry to interrupt, but, uh, is she a bird or a fighter?"
"A bird." Tybalt retorted quickly. "Now shut up. Talk to the sniper, Dani, was it?"
"So, you're a sniper, eh? You do know Tybalt's paying us. I get a grand for kills, five hundred tortures. But... If I kill another Lexeme, I get ten grand." Killer snapped his fingers. "He'll probably start you out with three hundred for kills. If you have good aim, maybe more."
"As I was trying to tell Killer before, we'll be going after high profile figures in the newsie community. Like Poet and Irish, or Hawk-though I doubt we'll get him alive. Also Jack, but yet again, that one will be hard. We might be able to get to Justin and little Rosie. Make Mercury, Ophelia, and Rosie your number one priorities. And, Killer wants to finish off the Freemans."
"I want the Freeman girl's scalp." Killer growled.
"Charming." Tybalt sneered.

A smirk played upon the girl's lips as she brought her bottle of whiskey to her mouth, took a long drink and tossed it aside simply letting it crash into the side of the tunnel as she made her entrance. Things had become easier and harder for her at the same time. Easier in the fact that now that she was with Chase, this meant she was on the inside, knew every newsie important now and could easily get to them, Chase had no idea. Harder in the fact...well Chase had no idea, she was going to make it a point to talk to Tybalt privately later, maybe make a deal to keep Chase's head of the black list. She approached the group and her eyes immediatly fell on Killer,"My, my, my bet ya neveh thought ya'd have ta work with meh huh?"she taunted in a tone that was almost taunting. She then let her gaze drift over to Tybalt as she smiled her genuine smile, she had definately admired the boy, ever since the Masquerade, he'd been quite the charmer, yet they had never ended up meeting up that night as he had asked her to.
She eyed the weaponry and smirked again, she knew how to handle every piece of it if she ever needed to. She did not recognize either of the girls, which was odd but she didn't let it phase her, she was simply there on request of Tybalt and to taunt Killer, maybe even show him up for once seeing as he thought she was incapable, she felt a need to prove herself to Killer this need that she didn't quite understand but it had been there for awhile now.

"You got that right King," she said, still looking at the gun's aim. It was fine, but she'd pick up her gun later, but right now, she just listened to the others talk, responding to what Killer said, "Three hundred for a kill? Sounds reasonable, and I do got good aim. I wouldn't be hear if I didn't have good aim. And Lexeme? Sound's rich, I like a challenge." Listening for all the names, she paid attention to the ones she had to remember; Mercury, Ophelia, and Rosie. That wouldn't be too hard if she found them.
"Mercury, Ophelia, and Rosie. I'm guessing that's the Lexeme's? Tell me where they work, or get me a discription of them and I'll kill them off, easily." Dani could probably care less about strangers. Did they help her? Not in the least, which was why she could care less about them. Satine seemed to be their informant, and she thought about the other names she heard about possibles. The flirting King was doing with Satine made her nausious, but she ignored it. If he wanted to flirt he could, not her problem.
Sticking the gun back where she kept it, and walked around the tunnels. The place was dark, but Dani would probably get used to it, she always could. So this wasn't outside, where she was used to camping out, but it would do. Besides, she probably would be outside most of the time cause she'd have to scope out the targets given. It couldn't be that hard, after all, they did seem to be easy names. But then he mentioned the other leaders. What if she was told to kill them? That would mean more pay, but oh well.

Tybalt glared at Killer as he moved toward Mischief. "Enough." Tybalt said dangerously. Killer was not afraid of him, but he liked money. "Now, Dani, it will be harder then it sounds. Mercury owns the General Store in Manhattan and almost never works there. Ophelia works there, but she doesn't mess around with people. Now, Rosie goes by the name of Street, as in the leader of the Bronx. I would prefer them to be captured so that I might... Convince them to give up their inheritence. Other then that, I don't really care. So, capture first then kill."
"Now, Satine, is there anything else you need to tell me?" He asked, his voice becoming caressing. "And do any of you have information?" He asked the room at large.
Killer held up a finger lazily. He was still mad, Mischief had gotten whiskey on him. "First off, no drinking on the job," He said, directing it to Mischief, there was no such rule, but he was ticked off. "I saw little Street with the new leader Justin a few days ago, that's when I heard everything she knew. Apparently, she's done with Meyers and Akecheta. So, you'll most likely find her alone, or with the fairy. I heard about the wedding and apparently, something went down. Something to do with Jack and Poet..." He shrugged. Didn't care. "But as far as I can tell, not many people know what we're after. Wait, what exactly are we after?"
Tybalt sighed. "I explained this to you. I am tired of street rats and waifs. I want them gone. Why should we have to walk around in such company? No shoes, lice, fleas! They need to be eliminated. Right now, I'm after my inheritence. When I have that secured, we will aim toward bringing down the so called 'leaders' and heirarchy of underground New York."

Mischief eyed Killer and simply nodded at his snide rule before looking at Tybalt while she listened and folded her arms over her chest. When Tybalt had finished speaking she cleared her throat absent mindedly and spoke calmly without tone,"they're foolish, the entire lot of 'em foolish enough to let the younger ones bring in people they don't know much about.....I dunno how or why but a few of 'em seem to think I am like them, I am not of course I have proven such with the two of you but I can gather as much information from the inside as ya need King after all I am quite persuasive....may I ask you something? I may know a way to get to Jack Kelly and Hawk when the time comes..."she said as she looked around, looked over her shoulder then returned her gaze back to their leader.
"Is Ace someone you would like to get at? She was the girl in the alley that night was she not?"Mischief asked this carefully, she had been keeping a close eye on Ace ever since Chase had become hers and left Ace behind. "It has come to my attention both leader boys have very strong attachments to her...and to be honest I'd love to see her pretty little head on a silver platter,"she added her eyes looking over at Killer momentarily as she dropped her hands and pulled her switchblade from her pocket out of sheer boredom and leaned her back against a wall as she opened the blade eyeing the way it glistened.

Listening to Tybalt, she responded, "Just give me a discription, I'll find them, and just capturing? Not a single shot? I could always graze them, that'd scare them a bit for your little heritage scheme." Ok, so maybe Dani liked shooting, didn't matter what, if it possessed some kind of challenge. Looking over at the girl, called Mischief, she said, "I'll kill 'em for ya, if we ain't allowed to. Actually, I could make it bad for her, like a game of cat and mouse ya know?"
For some reason, Dani figured Mischief, out of everyone here, would probably be the one she'd work with. King and Killer seemed like the kind to work alone, or behind the scenes. There'd be no working with whoever the heck Satine was, since she would be an informant. Not that she didn't respect her, whoever the heck was getting their information deserved that much, but working with an informant... that just didn't work with her, if she was gonna be doing what King ordered.

Mischief let her eyes wonder over to the sniper girl as she tilted her head and twirled her blade in her hand,"I could use help, but if King says she's on the list, I want to be the one to take care of her if he'll let me, of course she'll prolly end up as bait fer Jackyboy and Hawk but afterwards when his use is no longer needed of her, I want to be the one to put her out,"Mischief said. She eyed Dani up and down, she liked the girl so far, seemed like someone she'd be able to get along with if she ever needed anyone other than Chase or King to talk to at least. She let her eyes fall to the ground for a moment, still twirling her blade in her hands playfully,"but as I agreed when I joined ya King, I go on yer orders, if the girl isn't part of yer plan then she stays scott free until otherwise said..."she mummbled reluctantly proving she was obediant to him.
She let her eyes gaze up from beneath her blond waves of hair as she glanced over at Tybalt then back at Killer, she had always wondered what made him the way he was, what drove him to kill mercilessly, it was appealling to her, the mystery of him, the drive he had with such torture. She smirked at her own thoughts but quickly looked back over to Dani trying not to make her interest and curiousity in Killer apparrent.

Satine snickered at Ty and Killer’s bickering as she sat down, straightening her skirts and crossing one stocking-ed leg over the other. Her ears perked up at Hawk’s name and she reminded herself to mention her past with the Harlem leader to Ty before he found out from someone else. As another girl came in and the arguing continued around her, the informer chose to keep her mouth shut and her ears open. It wasn’t that she was normally quiet, because she wasn’t, it was because Satine found this whole discussion rather boring and would honestly rather be alone with Ty. He was, after all, the only one she really need to listen to in this group. When he addressed her a moment later, asking if she had anymore info for him, she parted her lips, preparing to answer, only to be cut off by Killer. He spilled to the group part of what she was about to say, complete with a commentary, and then tacked on his own shallow opinions. Satine rolled her eyes and leaned back in her chair to wait, if Tybalt wanted more info he’d ask, otherwise she’d just finish her report later, once they were alone. The members gathered all seemed to believe they were the baddest thing around and talked as though they could kill with their eyes closed and their hands tied. It made Satine want to roll her eyes again, but she settled for a murmured, “Well somebody’s full of themselves…” It wasn’t directed at anyone in particular at the time, but the look Mischief gave Ty and Killer (though the latter didn’t bother her at all) immediately changed her mind. Satine wasn’t one to fall in love or get too romantically attached, but if she actually picked one to stick with for a bit, she wanted them to be all hers. A moment later the look was forgotten and her eyes roamed once around the room before swiveling back to wink at Ty. She was too care-free to hold a grudge for more than a few minutes.
