Ophelia nodded. "That sounds... lovely." She said happily. "I shall pay, of course." She said, chanllenging them to say something. Street and Levi were fine with it. Street was her sister and Levi was well, a free-loader.
"Let's go! It starts soon! I heard Asher's innit, and Medda!" She pulled the three of them out the store. Ophelia by the hand (she grabbed Mush's hand) and Levi by his shirt front (which was again unbuttoned).

Mush opened his mouth to object, but closed it again seeing the look on Ophelia's face. "Alright fine. Come o-." Before he could finish his sentence Ophelia was being towed away and she grabbed his hand. "Woah! Street calm down. We'll get there. Relax." She didn't let up until they had actually gotten to the theatre. "Okay, we're here. Go find us some seats guys." Mush told Street and Levi. He stayed behind with Ophelia to wait for tickets.

Street nodded and pulled Levi away. Ophelia turned to the ticket counter and asked for four tickets to Ben-Hur.
"Excuse me missis... But... Is don't think it's a good idea for a lady ta see Ben-Hur. Especially this lady, sir." The tiny, undernourished man at the counter said to Mush. "'Tis a tale of Judah's betrayal of our Lord. Men die in it sir, 'tis not a good thing to subject a lady to it."
Ophelia sniffed. "I am well aware of the ideas and subjects the play has. Our good friend Asher Cromwell is starring in it."
"There is kissin', missis." The man said.
"Are you really not willing to let us buy the tickets?" Ophelia asked angrily. Street can rushing out of the theatre in a mad haze then.
"Won't let me in! 'Cause I'm a girl! Besides, Asher's in a different play... not Ben-Hur. He's in A Comedy of Errors. That starts tomorrow!" Street said angrily. "Let's go, I wanna go ta Tibby's." She huffed.
"Oh... The hotdog place." Ophelia said, smiling.

Mush was getting ready to tell the guy at the counter off when Street came running up to them, towing Levi behind her. He turned around and controled the anger as it came out at Street instead of the guy behind the counter. "Whadda mean they won't let ya in just 'cause yer a goil? That ain't fair." He breathed deeply and cooled himself down. He looked over at Ophelia and smiled slightly. "Ah, come on. Ya don't hafta have any hot dogs. I'll get ya somethin' else." He took her by the hand and they followed a very angry, tiny blonde and Levi.

Street kept up a rant all the way to Tibby's. Levi sighed and had mastered the art of nodding and saying, 'yes' or 'no' as she called for it. He looked back at Mush and rolled his eyes in amused annoyance.
Ophelia held Mush's hand gently. "Mush... What is your real name?" She asked softly, so Street and Levi did not hear.

Mush squeezed Ophelia's hand. "Me real name? It's Nick. WHy do you ask?" They followed Street and Levi into Tibby's. Street picked them a booth and called over the waiter. Ophelia and Mush sat on one side and Levi and Street on the other. Mush looked at her wondering what brought it up. The waiter walked over, Mush turned towards him but kept his eyes on Ophelia. "I'll take a soda, water, and whatever the lady wants." He said guesturing to Opheila.

Ophelia ordered a water. Street elbowed Levi in the ribs. "What'd you do that for?"
"Order me somethin'."
"You have a mouth. A big one too." Levi retorted, clueless. Street gave him a look that would wither any other boy's manhood, but Levi stood strong.
"Fine." She spit out, still glaring at him. "I'll have a lemonade." She said angrily.
Levi opened his mouth to order, but Street shooed the waitress away.
"You're a jerk."
"I know." She replied, smiling at him. He rolled his eyes and wanted to disappear.

Mush put a hand on his forehead and shook his head in mock dissappointment. But it was only half jokingly. He wondered if Levi would ever learn. Probably not. He'd only ever had short relationships with girls. Mush didn't believe he was ready for a relationship, a real one, with any girl. Or maybe he just didn't want to believe he was that clueless.

Levi looked at Mush and kicked him under the table. "What're you lookin' at?" He demanded savagely, in a bad mood again.
"His moods fluctuate more then a thermometer." Ophelia whispered to Mush.

Mush glared at Levi, rubbing his leg where he'd been kicked. He'd definately had a bruise there. He laughed at Ophelia. "Ain't that the truth." The waiter came back and Mush handed her her water. "Ya don't want anything ta eat?" He looked at her curiously with an arched eyebrow. He knew she didn't like Tib's hot dogs, but not eating anything was kind of extreme.

Ophelia looked at the menu on the wall thoughtfully. "What is... stew?" She asked.
Street grinned. "It's a bunch of left overs cut up and put tagether in a thick soup. Real good and real cheap. It's what we poor people live offa."
"Does this place have foie gras?" Ophelia asked.
Street looked at her. "What's that?"
"Goose liver." Levi said, to the amazement of everyone. "What? I knew some French fur traders!" He defended himself weakly. Street chuckled.

Mush tried not to laugh. "Nah. No goose liver here. I don't think we coulda afforded liver of any kind." He chuckled and squeezed her hand. "Ya want some stew?" He was amazed at what Levi had said. He knew Levi knew French traders but for him to actually pay attention? Now, that suprised him. "So, what else do ya know Levi? Anythin' interestin'?"

Levi flushed a bit and murmured, "Je vous ai aimés et J'aime la vie, mais pas plus." Levi paused.
"I loved you and I loved life, but no more." Ophelia translated. "A deep sentiment for one so shallow."
"Yeah, well." Levi said, shrugging and looking out the window.
"Who did you learn it from?" Ophelia asked.
"An aspiring poet name Pierre." Levi said. "He called me Noel."
"Like St. Nicholas?" Street asked, surprising everyone. Levi nodded slowly. "He was known for bein' generous, wasn't he? Well... I can see it." She said simply, shrugging.

Mush was dumbfounded. He was so lost. He didn't speak any French. He barely spoke English! He shook his head trying to clear it. "Wait, let meh get this roight. So this guy thinks Levi is generous?" He said sarcastically, avoiding another kick from Levi. Mush laughed at the look on Levi's face. It was so easy to set him off now a days. It always had been but he was getting angrier and angrier. Mush had no clue why. Since he'd had Ophelia he'd been happier than ever. Levi had Street and he was just ticked off.

Levi rolled his eyes. "He got injured by a horse and my family took him in. That's why." Levi said.
Street nodded. "Yer still generous. Ya always help me out, and Asher and Sean."
"If giving them black eyes count." Ophelia said. Levi glared at her.
"Why don't you shut your trap?" He asked.
"Make me." She said snobbishly.
