Problems and Complaints

Here's the bottom line; I'm not pleased. I'm a generally go-with-the-flow type of person. I don't like to tick people off. But here's my problem.

Certain people have begun to undermind me. I don't want to sound like I'm the boss or the only authority on the site. The truth is, I don't want to be. But it's hard when people go to other people when they have a problem with the site. If you have an issue with anything or anyone you come to me first. I don't want to make anyone mad, but it makes me feel bad when people don't talk to me about things I've worked so hard on.

Please, if there's a problem come to me first and together we can figure something out.

I want to thank everyone who has supported my decisions and I also want to thank my leaders and all my members and everyone who has given me constructive criticisim.

Remember, I couldn't do any of this without all your help, and in return I need to know what's going through your minds and what you're unhappy about-otherwise, I'm in the dark. Talking goes a long way ^^.

O I understand your concern, I wasnt insulting the site. I love this site almost as much as I love my own, There just was some defect or glitch going on. so I was going to try to fix it. Lol sorry about, didnt except this, lol. Hope were cool
