History: Peep comes from a nice family, but always had a habit of blackmailing his siblings. A few months ago, a relative in New York got sick and Peep volunteered to take care of them. So, he traveled to NY by himself and just happened to forget to tell his parents the relative died before he got here, without anyone saying anything. So now, he writes letters all about dear ol' Uncle Alfie, who (according to him) is alive and kickin'. Likes to blackmail, but hates to chose sides. He says he's working for KC, but he also provides information to the leaders and vice versa to KC. He's careful to always leave them wanting more.
