[Hawkeye]

Harlem is a close-knit bunch. They tend to put up a harsh front, but if you can penetrate it, the newsies here know the true meaning of family. Just don't make the mistake of labeling them as weak, for it could prove to be your last.

Harlem Leader: Hawkeye Dekker

Hawkeye is not one to show much emotion. He is most often cold, menacing and downright fear inducing. His newsies, on the other hand, have seen his other side and follow him loyally, knowing that he always has their best interest at heart. His dislike of outsiders insists that someone prove themselves to him before he trusts them.

A good strategist, he stays calm in intense situations, and he always knows what’s going on around him. As a man of his word, Hawkeye doesn’t promise something unless he knows he can follow through. He tends to swear quite a bit, though he tries to avoid doing so around the younger kids, and he sometimes steals things he needs if he can’t afford them. He’s a fantastic person to have watching your back, if only you can prove yourself worth backing.
