Well, it is now time for co-leaders to be chosen since we now have all active leaders (except for Spot, but he's a special case).
There is only one rule for co-leaders. The borough leader and co-leader cannot be played by the same person. That's it. You can have as many co-leaders as selected.
We'll have a nomination and then the leaders will select the best canidate from the nominations. Queens and Harlem already have co-leaders.
