Revamp

Hey, to make the site look epic and to make every visitor say 'I wanna join!', I am working very hard to revamp the site and make it easier to move around. Notice the drop down menu, the side tables on the right, the cool new graphics...! So until this is done, don't be surprised if even I do not make any new threads. I expect that when the site's revamped, people will be much more active. Please be patient with me! I will also be redoing the application guide, and the updating the face claim and redoing the borough guides [no more pictures for now! Sorry!]
