Miss Sugar had always loved flowers. They were beautiful and Sugh loved beautiful things, like her little girl. She had given herself the day off, letting herself 'recuporate'. That last client had been a tough one. Great stamina... She even had to give some on his money back, she hadn't been able to last. She smiled as she thought of the handsome and charming Henri de Lion. He was a gentleman on his feet and a devil off. She picked up a lovely white rose. Would it be to whimsical? Perhaps a red one, for passion. Then she paused... Why was she going out of her way to impress Henri? He was eighteen, just a boy. She never let her feelings get in her way, until now. She had actually fallen for his charms and wit. She shook her head. No. She would not let the boy influence her like this. No one would use Miss Sugar. She did what she did for her daughter. She noticed someone coming up behind her, she turned slowly. "Hello!" She smiled.

Justin was wandering around the streets of New York. Ok he had to admit it. He was lost. Extremely lost. He heard someone say Hello! he looked around and saw a pretty blonde woman. "Hey. DO you think you could help me?" He asked her quietly. He had one bag. It held his dad's mit and some extra clothes he'd picked up. He looked at the flowers she was holding. He smiled slightly. "Go with the red. It's nicer." He nodded towards the flower in her hand.

Miss Sugar sighed. If it wasn't her night off, she might've enjoyed being with him. But he was young, she didn't want to ruin everybody. "The red ones? Really? I thought so too, but, you don't think it's too bold, do you? But then again, it doesn't really matter. It's not like I love him or anything." She shook her head. "Darlin', are you lost? I know this city real well. Now, where are you lookin' for?" She asked, paying for a single red rose and a small white lily. "Do you think a little girl would like this?" She held up the lily.

Justin shook his head. "Naw. It ain't to bold. It's beautiful." He thought of his sister Natasha. "Well, i ain't really looking for a place. More like a person. You ever heard of Natasha Larson?" Natashsa was no where to be found in Kentucky and no one remembered seeing her, except for their senile neighbors who said she was in New York. Since Justin had no other leads, he decided to check it out. He didn't know what he'd do if this didn't pan out for him. He'd lost his parents, he couldn't lose his sister too. "I'm sure she'd love it. Your daughter?" He asked.

Miss Sugar thought. "I think one of my clients mentioned her. Said they saw her with Asher at the train station. At least, Henri said 'the fairy', so of course he meant Asher, but I don't think Asher's completely that way. I mean, he slept with Moira several times, even me once and I didn't even charge him, but they only look at the fact that he was involved with that vile Samuel boy and little Tyler. And Chase... Though I think it was mostly one-sided on Asher's account." She looked at him. "I'm not really answering your question am I, darlin'? Well... Natasha... Hmm... I think Scarlett mentioned her coming into the shop. Said she was pretty, blonde, optimistic, and was friendly with Ophelia. But... If she's hanging out with Ophelia, that isn't good. Ophelia's slept with more people then I have, and it's my job." She looked at him, amazed. "How did you know I was buying it for my daughter? Only, no one except my landlady and that Levi knows. Because if people knew, they wouldn't respect her, you know?" She smelled the lily. "Yes, Constance will like this."

Justin stopped his jaw from dropping during her story. He didn't know Asher or Chase or Ophelia. But, when she described Natasha. He smiled brightly and nodded. "Yeah yeah that's her. But i don't know any of th eothers you mentioned. He laughed slightly. He was so happy now. "I'm sure she's wonderful, your daughter, Constance you said her name was? That's different, but nice. Thank you." In all of his happiness, he remembered his manners. His father had brought him up to be a gentleman and he just completely disregarded it. "Pardon me. Name's Justin." He said. Normally he would have tipped his cowboy hat, but it was currently around his neck.

Miss Sugar smiled. "It's probably good, they're a bit insane. But then again, aren't we all?" She looked at him, graititude filling her eyes. "Thank you! I named her Constance to remind her, and myself, that you should never give up your dream. It's never to late. I want to be a singer more then anything else in the world. Well, besides having my daughter call me Mama unstead of my landlady." She sighed, and ran a hand through her hair. "My name is Sugar. Well..." She shook her head. "My name is Delilah Ross-Frawley. I haven't had the heart to drop late Mr. Frawley's name." She sighed softly, trying not to remember her husband.

"I'm sorry." Justin said quietly. He grabbed his hat and put it in it's proper place on his head. Everyone was slightly insane, huh? Justin liked the way Sugar had put that. "Yeah i guess we all got our quirks. Some of us more than others." He chuckled, remembering his mother's sister. Now she was insane. Completly OCD about everything and quite moody. He shook his head looking back at Miss Sugh.

Miss Sugar shook her head. "Don't mind. I married Mr. Frawley when I was younger then you. But he went to war and I fell in love, had Constance. Too bad Constance's father died in the war also..." She shook her head. "I've never been able to stick to one man for to long." She looked at him. "And what are your quirks, Mr. Larson?" She asked with mock formality.

Justin thought for a while. He made a thoughtful noise. "Hmmm. I'd hafta say... Politeness. It drives me crazy if someone ain't polite. Just the way i was brought up i guess." He smiled and shrugged at her. "So you fall for the army men then, huh? Good luck with that." He laughed.

Miss Sugar shook her head. "I don't fall for army men, they both just happened to be in the army. Back then, every young man was in the army. There weren't alot to chose from. But no, I fall for anyone who falls for me, who makes me feel like I'm the only woman on Earth. It also helps if they don't mind me being a prostitute..." She sighed.
